To help accommodate the various time and cost needs of our clientele, we offer two rate packages:
- $100* - 4hr block (8a-12p / 1p-5p / 6p-10p)
- $150* - all day (8am-11pm)
* Both rate packages require a refundable $50 "security/clean-up deposit". It will be returned to you within 5-7 working days following your event provided any/all requirements are met.
You can either pay the entire balance (fee + deposit) in advance or, if your event is more than 90 calendar days away, pay 50% with your reservation and the remaining 50%, not later than, 7 days prior to the day of the event.
Example: $100 (4hr) + $50 (deposit) = $150 Balance
Pay $150 with reservation or pay $75 with reservation and $75
7 days prior to the day of event.
